More new toys for the boys .....
That's Jake on a Ripstik, the latest craze among the elementary school set. Believe it or not, this was the first time he ever tried it but he caught on really fast!
Hunter has been practicing since last May, and he's already outgrown his starter stik and got an upgraded model (possibly because someone bigger than him...ahem... wore the first one out!) He can even throw and catch a football while he rides, which is pretty impressive.
What's even more impressive is that Jim has learned how to ride it too. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?!?!?!

Maybe I should show them the photos of Mike's friend who broke his arm and tore most of the skin off his knees and elbows on that thing. Joe had to quit football.
Like they say, if you wanna make an omelet you gotta break some eggs. The scrapes and bruies are nothing compared to the hours of fun we have.
