Happy 4th of July (and Semper Fi!)

This is a very patriotic neighborhood. Just on our block we have veterans of the Army, Air Force and Marine Corps. This is the new flag display in Steve's back yard next door, so you can guess who the former jarhead is!


The flagpole was installed by Steve's son Mike as a birthday surprise earlier this year. It even has a solar light mounted at the base so when the sun goes down it illuminates the flag from below. We're serious about our flag protocol around here!
