Sweet!!!

Ghirardelli, Godiva and Lindt, oh my! Doug got this humongous gift basket from one of the insurance companies he represents (and you wonder why your premiums are so high?!?!?) but he and Cynthia brought it over to our house to share because it was more than enough for the entire neighborhood.

Winter arrives .... with a vengeance!

So far this year we haven't had any real snow - just a few dustings - but a big storm started around noon yesterday and lasted all night long.


All the guys in the neighborhood have been waiting excitedly for this ..... they were out with the snowblowers first thing this morning, like a bunch of little kids playing with their new toys!


Meanwhile, in the back yard, I was on the hunt for my new favorite ball ..... I knew it was under there somewhere!
